Kelly Ditta has recently joined the team of professional meeting managers at International Meeting Managers, as the Director of Business Development.
Kelly is a strategic, creative and results-oriented event planning and sponsorship management professional with an excellent ability to understand business objectives and develop solutions that optimally promote brands and leverage partnerships. Diverse international background spans Energy, Fashion, Hospitality, Non-Profit, Media, Arts and Tech Sectors.
Kelly is an articulate presenter, skilled negotiator and motivational team-builder with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets. With her customer-focused approach, Kelly has helped many of her primarily corporate clients in the creation and management of their product launches, conferences, incentives, tradeshows and sponsorships.
Kelly started her hospitality career in Dallas as a Convention Service Manager with
Hyatt Hotel and as a Corporate Sales Manager with the Fairmont Hotel, before moving overseas to Sydney Australia to start her own event firm. This full service event firm managed marketing and sales programs all over the world for many Fortune 500 companies based in Sydney.
