Jessica Whalen joined the IMM team in January 2005. Beginning her tenure with the company as a Meeting and Event Coordinator, she was promoted to Meeting and Event Manager in January 2006 and Director of Meetings and Events in January 2010. Since joining the company, she has become an integral part of operations, contributing to many different aspects of the meeting and event planning and association management processes. Jessica also serves as the Executive Director of Continuing Medical Education Resources, Inc., a division of IMM, Inc., which is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to offer CME activities to physicians. Jessica’s proficiency in the rules and regulations of Continuing Medical Education is a great advantage to clients looking to accredit their medical meetings in order to provide CME for US licensed physicians. Jessica also brings experience in marketing and public relations to IMM, which she draws on to promote both IMM and the meetings, events and associations that we manage.

Prior to coming to IMM, Jessica earned her BA in Communication with a minor in Business Administration at the University of Colorado, Boulder. She began her career in event marketing and meeting and event coordination which has allowed her to smoothly transition into her role here at IMM.
